This is a detailed list of all properties currently on the market that you are competing with for the current pool of tenants. A note about photography
At Coral Sea Property Management, we recommend professional photography because we want your property to be seen at its very best. With most property listings being on the internet, if you use bad or amateur photos, the prospective tenant may not even click an ad for further information. Professional photos stay with your property for life and can be reused every time the property becomes vacant. There are also some great new options to digitally add “virtual” furniture to room photos to present unfurnished properties in the best possible light. With professional photos now available from around the equivalent of three days lost rent, it’s a very sound investment.
